What do the tags mean?

Buff green = made stronger
Nerf red = made weaker
Fix yellow = bug fixed
New blue = added content or feature

(Removed the "in the Dying State condition")
Killer Powers with a stack count (e.g. Trickster, Huntress) now show "0" on the Killer Power HUD element when the stack is depleted (was showing a looping arrow icon).
Fixed an issue where standard basic-attack grunts plays while The Judgment is in the Zealous state from the Survivor's POV.

Developer Update | 10.2.0 PTB to Live Changes

Removed the deactivation condition for other Survivors.
We understand your concerns around the impact of the condition of this perk deactivating after one use for all Survivors for solo players who cannot communicate. Therefore, we have removed this limitation.
Removed the Great basic Skill Check zone increase.

Waiting before sending new messages will reset the cooldown to its shortest duration.
The "Gameplay" section has been added to Settings.
Dev Note: We want to modernize the lower tier values of a few older perks to make them feel closer to what new players can expect long term.
