Do you need access for the free check?

No. It only looks at what the public can already see.

Who runs the checks?

The checks are automated. Speed numbers come from Google’s PageSpeed Insights, and the security checks are passive reads of your public pages and headers.

Why is my mobile score so much lower than desktop?

Google tests mobile on a slower simulated phone and connection. That’s closer to what a family member sees on the go, which is why it’s the number worth watching.

Will you change our live site?

Only on a fix job, and only after you approve the plan. Monitoring never changes your site. We back up before any fix.

We use Wix, Squarespace, or a site builder. Does this still work?

Yes, the public check works on any site. Some fixes, like plugin updates, only apply to WordPress, and we’ll tell you when something isn’t possible on your platform.

Is this a penetration test?

No. It’s a health check for speed, common misconfigurations and outdated software signals. It is not a full security audit or a compliance certification.

Do you keep or sell my results?

We don’t sell them. The free check is shown in your browser and isn’t published anywhere.
