TL;DR

  1. Added a better description of the rules to the loading screen.
  2. Adjusted rules for determining when to kick players due to team damage.
  3. Fixed a case where it was possible to get a slightly faster silent reload by tapping the reload button before holding it.
  4. Fixed a case where it was possible to use silent reload to fire shotguns faster than normal.
  5. Fixed a case where the AK-47 inspect animation sometimes popped.
